Sales staff patient, friendly, and professional. The reason for a three rating however is that we were pretty much forced to purchase paint and cloth protection to the tune of $499. This was on top of the listed price. What we were told was that it comes with the auto and we cannot decline it. Shady if you ask me. We should have walked at that point but the vehicle was very nice and the listed price within reason so we caved to the $499. Avis did have a reasonably nice selection of vehicles, most with fairly low mileage.
Wonderful, friendly team. I wandered on the lot just to get an idea of what I could afford. Mike Reppe was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about both cars I was interested in. He answered everything from reliability and performance to minor details like detail packages. He is incredibly honest and up front which is rare in Maryville’s used car market. Would highly recommend Mike and his finance team.
Everyone at Avis Car Sales was very friendly and helpful. Jose in particular worked with me through the entire process so it was quick and easy. I was able to complete the application process on line so when it was time to pick up my new vehicle I was done and driving away in about an hour. Their no-haggle prices are better than most other dealers. I definitely recommend them.
Needed another vehicle asap. Did an inquiry online and schedule my visit. On the day of my visit got some bad news prior to going in. But the I still went, the sales lady was very nice. There was no back and forth. Did my insurance stuff and the deal was sealed. My credit did not go out to a million lenders. I would definitely recommend.
This is my second review ever written...purchase car from pompano location May 26 2023. They had a Memorial Day promo $200 amazon gift card with purchase...6 months later still no gift card...was told from management CORPORATE is not responding to emails about my gift...WARNING!!!! Do not TRUST any BUSINESS that rip you off for $200 after you spend $20000 in GOOD FAITH...I can't believe a company like "AVIS" would be so petty...Buyer beware...God knows what else they will do to you are others...will report to BBB and eventually to a news organization to get MAXIMUM exposure...BTW i asked management for corporate number was not available...was told to try "GOOGLE"...no luck there...HOPE to hear from 'OWERSHIP' Unbelievable...True story
